【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofsolderableenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass180withadualcoating.Theunderlyingcoatingisbasedonpolyurethaneresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Thesuperimposedcoatingisbasedonpolyamideresin.NOTEAmodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class180isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof180oCandaheatshocktemperatureofatleast200oC.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardisasfollows:–Grade1:0,050mmuptoandincluding1,600mm;–Grade2:0,050mmuptoandincluding1,600mm.ThenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinClause4ofIEC60317-0-1.
