【摘要】:ThisPrestandardsetsoutbasicconsiderationsforspecificationofprotectionandrepairofplainandreinforcedconcretestructureswithproductsandsystems,whicharespecifiedintheEN1504seriesofStandardsoranyotherrelevantENorEuropeanTechnicalApproval.ThisPrestandardincludes:a)theneedforinspection,testingandassessmentbefore,duringandafterrepair;b)protectionfrom,andrepairofdefectscausedby,theinfluenceoftheenvironmentsdefinedinEN206orotherchemicalsubstances;c)therepairofdefectsfromsuchcausesasmechanicaldamage,differentialsettlement,loading(includingseismicandimpactloading),biologicalattack,inadequateconstructionoruseofunsuitableconstructionmaterials;d)protectionandrepairinordertodecreasetheprogressofalkali-silicareaction;e)meetingtherequiredstructuralcapacityinrepairby:1)replacementoradditionofembeddedorexternalreinforcement;2)fillingofexternalvoidsbetweenelementstoensurestructuralcontinuity;9meetingtherequiredstructuralcapacitybyreplacementoradditionofconcrete;g)waterproofingasanintegralpartofprotectionandrepair;h)protectionandrepairofpavements,runways,hardstandingsandfloors,asanintegralpartofprotectionandrepair;i)methodsofprotectionandrepairincluding:I)treatingcracks;2)restoringpassivitytoreinforcement;3)reducingtherateofcorrosionofreinforcementbylimitingmoisturecontent;4)reducingtherateofcorrosionofreinforcementbyelectrochemicalmethods;5)controllingcorrosionofreinforcementwithcoatings;6)protectionandrepairofpavements,runways,hardstandingsandfloors,asanintegralpartofprotectionandrepair.ThisPrestandarddoesnotcoverspecialapplicationswhichincludebutarenotlimitedtotheexampleslistedbelow:j)repairofconcretestructuresdamagedbyfire;k)productsandsystemsappliedforanypurposeotherthantheprotectionorrepairofconcretestructures;I)repairofdefectsofexistingpost-tensionedsystems;Thegeneralprinciples,however,canbeappliedtosuchapplications.Siteapplicationsuchas:m)thepreparationoftheconcreteorreinforcementbeforeapplicationofproductsandsystems;n)theminimumrequirementsastoenvironmentalconditionsforstorageandapplicationofproductsandsystems;o)controllingthequalityoftherepairwork,arenotcoveredbythisPrestandardbutby1504-10.
