【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverssilver-coated,round,copper-cladsteelwireforelectronicapplication.1.2Silvercoatingsinmasspercentagesofthetotalmassofthecoatedwireareasfollows:1.25,2.5,4.0,6.1,and8.0.1.2.1Silver-coatedwirehavingdifferentminimumpercentageofsilverbymassmaybeobtainedbymutualagreementbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser.Forinformationpurposes,thethicknessofcoatinginmicroinchesprovidedbythemasspercentageslistedinisshownin.1.3Fourclassesofcopper-cladsteelwirearecoveredasfollows:Class30HSnominal30%conductivityhard-drawn,Class30Anominal30%conductivityannealed,Class40HSnominal40%conductivityhard-drawn,andClass40Anominal40%conductivityannealed.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonlyexceptforresistivity,wheretheSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainstothetestmethoddescribedinthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(Caution-Considerationshouldbegiventotoxicityandflammabilitywhenselectingsolventcleaners.)
